Novice Events:  Both compulsory dances, the Starlight Waltz and Kilian, are skated on the first day of competition (Monday, January 11). On Wednesday, January 13, all skaters perform a free dance to music and rhythms of their own choosing. Highest combined point total wins.  

Junior Events:  Juniors perform only one compulsory dance, the Westminster Waltz, on Tuesday, January 12. The next day, the original dance is competed. This season's rhythm is folk/country dance. The skaters are free to choose their own music and elements, as long as they fit within the ISU guidelines. The competition concludes on Wednesday with the free dance, skated to music and rhythms of their own choosing. Highest combined point total wins.  

Senior Events: Seniors perform only one compulsory dance, the Tango Romantica, on Thursday, January 14. Two days later, they then compete the original dance. The skaters are free to choose their own music and elements, as long as they fit within the ISU guidelines of folk/country dance. The competition concludes on Saturday with the free dance skated to music and rhythms of their own choosing. Highest combined point total wins.
