Brooke Huber and Karl Edelmann teamed up in 2005 and train in Ann Arbor, Michigan with coaches Yasa Netchaeva and Iouri Tchesnitchenko. Huber and Edelmann won Midwestern Sectionals qualifying them for the 2007 US National Championships. Huber and Edelmann finished 11th at the 2006 event.

Though not age-eligible for Junior Grand Prix events, Huber and Edelmann have had a successful season thus far. In additional to medalling in the original and free dance events in Lake Placid, they also won the bronze medal at the North American Challenge Skate in Burnaby, BC.

Edelmann competed 2004 and 2005 with Sarah Noel.
