Rachel Siegel and Kevin Miller teamed up in 2006. They train in Ardmore, Pennsylvania, under coaches Slava Uchitel and Robbie Kaine. Their programs were choreographed by Ruslan Goncharov and Elena Grushina, the 2006 Olympic bronze medallists. Siegel and Miller finished 4th at Eastern Sectionals to qualify for the 2007 US National Championships.

Siegel previously competed with Dean Copely, Peter Cook and Jonathan Ross. Miller's previous partner was Megan Calhoun.
