Meryl Davis &amp; Charlie White, Maia Shibutani &amp; Alex Shibutani, Lynn Kriengkrairut &amp; Logan Giulietti-Schmitt and Madison Chock &amp; Evan Bates.\u00a0 Junior ice dancers Alexandra Aldridge &amp;
